App not working
Hey guys cameras still work for notifications but none of the commands work ie; check cameras, sensors ect.
Last 3 years although a little slow to connecting this app has been fine.
If this gets resolved it’s a perfectly fine basic security setup

It is moral and proper to review it honestly.
Honestly, Panasonic, you are destroying your reputation. To bring out a software not usable is not acceptable since 50 years ago. You did not survive til today by your software, but your software can eliminate your company's loyal product users by this disaster software. I was wondering if you actually get it tested and debugged before you release it at all. Please, please, please fix it. By the way, can someone tell me how can I give no star?😡

Great app
Im not sure why people are complaining here. All you have to do is update the app after downloading and everything works. Good for me so 5 stars!
Doesn’t work on roaming mode for iPhones
I’ve checked all permissions and restarted everything, still doesn’t let me sign in when away from WiFi/home.
Buggy, slow and unintuitive
The camera is a good product for us to check on our sleeping baby, but this app is a mess. Full of bugs which stop you from seeing the camera feed, very slow and feels thrown together. I really expected more from Panasonic.
Zero stars. Needs location all the time! None of your business
This app worked fairly well for a couple years however, over the last year or so you were unable to view your camera if you were not at home(which defeats the purpose of a security camera. They also now require your location AT ALL TIMES and they need to have access to all devices on your home network! The product will not work unless you give them these accesses. Ridiculous! In this time in the world I am not giving out my personal information for anybodyAnd Samsung does not need this kind of information at all and for any reason. It went in the garbage!!! I also changed my router name and pass phrase. I will never purchase another Samsung product again whether a washing machine, TV, or camera. There is no reason for you to need this kind of information in order to use your app, no matter what your bogus reason is stated on the location portion of app. Shame on you trying to get American information!

Over stepped my privacy.
Panasonic, you do not need to know my location for this to work. It has worked fine for years with out it.
Since I can no longer access the system without giving you permission to use my location I want my money back. I will never buy another Panasonic camera.

This was a good system 2 years ago and now you cannot buy any parts to upgrade.
The app hasn’t been upgraded for 2 years and I can even connect over 4G remotely only on wifi.
Come on Panasonic this needs addressing from a reputable company like your self
