Dropped support for 5 yr old camera
Our perfectly functional HD camera was suddenly turned into a paper weight after only 5 years thanks to the latest app update that dropped support for our ‘older’ model with zero prior warning or notification. Lucky our other cameras aren’t Samsung as it would be a huge expense to suddenly find your whole security system written off. You’d think Samsung would be able to provide a reliable cloud service but obviously not. Now we know to avoid cloud-reliant Samsung products in future.
