A year ago I had purchased the ceiling light and the string lights. They were very promising until this year. The string lights became defective when it was outside in the elements, flickering and appearing as offline in the app. I got it replaced with the warranty but the new set had the same problem after a while. The ceiling light just gave up. Even though it was connected to power it still appeared as offline. After multiple resets nothing worked. It might be the app or the light, I don’t know, but don’t get either. I had to reset it on the app by removing it and adding the light back in but it won’t connect. It only wastes 5 minutes of my time per every reset session just for me to be told that connection has failed. And why on earth does it need a special Wi-Fi frequency. It just kept denying everything even after turning my wifi to 2.4. Nothing works.
Again… DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ATOMI. These guys just make products with a really small lifetime just to profit from you guys to buy replacements. I am never trusting this brand. I would rather switch to some unknown and cheap brand because at least they can promise good results, unlike these clowns.
