You have to sign in every time and everything is horizontal on your iPhone! They need an update that will change the direction of the app and eliminate some of this archaic structure!!Developer Response
Touch the account button. On the Change Account screen, slide the Biometric Switch to On. After this change, you will log in automatically. If you desire to return to exactly the same place you were last time, also slide the Minimize switch to Last Session. Temperature setting constantly changing to show set point 2 degrees lower than thermostat set point. Change from auto to heat or heat to auto then app shows correct temperature.Developer Response
It may be helpful to check your Time Zone setting. Open the app and touch the Account button. Touch Time Zone. Ensure the time zone for your location is correct. Check the Daylight Savings Time box if your location uses Daylight Savings Time. This setting is location based, not if the current calendar date is Daylight Saving Time. Temperature setting not always the same as thermostat. Also, time on thermostat is 1 hour different from thermostat even though time zone is set correctly.Developer Response
