Useless service, they can’t identify my identity even with all documents on my hand and stop the session without any notice

Very rude staff
I connected within a minute or so,so the waiting time wasn’t too bad however the agent I got was shockingly rude. She kept saying she needed a number that’s on the application but it wasn’t quite clear what she meant by that so I asked her to clarify. She became angry and she was even shouting at me at some point: “I just need the number I don’t understand why is it so difficult?!?!?! Instead of explaining what she wanted she just started huffing & puffing and had a terrible,demeaning & rude attitude towards me. Then the call froze for a moment apoarently,even though I could see & hear her she said she couldn’t and instead of waiting a second she hung up with no previous warning while she was making sure her frustration was clear. Absolutely shocking experience! I’m not sure why are people like her working in customer service after all?

This app is a trash
I have a good network connection, yet I attempted to speak with agents at least five times. Unfortunately, none of them could hear me and mentioned issues with my video feed, even though I could hear them clearly. It seems there is a network problem on the customer service site. Please consider enhancing your network infrastructure to meet minimal service standards.

Very Poor. Is this a con!!!
I downloaded this app because the Volkswagen app required this to be able to access more functions on their app. I tried to identify myself 3 times and it failed every time. There’s nothing wrong with my signal. I’m on WiFi and carried out a speed check each time it failed. Not problem at all. What a joke this app is.

Long waits only to be kicked
Connected twice to two different operators, from the start it was clear there was a delay between myself and the operator. On both occasions I was kicked from verification without being pre-warned, even after informing the second operator there was a delay.
Very frustrating to have to sit through this when I have had no issues with previous verification services that use AI for services that would more understandably require my ID verification.

Quite thorough
Wasn’t expecting to be connected to a live agent setting up my VW app and car settings but they were very good.

The persons who help me was fantastic
She was kind , spoke very slowly so I could understand everything . She was very much patient with me . Over all I had great experience and I am thankful for that .

It keeps saying "jainbroken device" on my MBP 14.
