Rubbish will not verify id, very slow, waiting for over an hour .. basically doesn’t work and there are no contact tel number for support… just a robotic range of Q&A’s. No customer support or replies to questions or help57 Martin
Extremely slow to receive confirmation email
I have tried twice to get my signature certified! First time they told me all is done , waited two days , no certification . Second time went through the entire process , thé interviewer told me it’s done, then I get a screen saying that they are overloaded and will email me with certification . Waited 10 hours , still nothing.Show lessyggc121

Awful app. I have a 100Mbit connection which works perfectly for any videoconferencing app out there. Other apps as the post bank ID app works perfectly on my phone with this connection. This app just does not work and when provided with help it asks you if you are in a tunnel. Please select another provider.Show lessg4rg0l4
