Not intuitive
The worst part is when they send you an activation code and you can’t insert the code in the App.
Not fit for purpose
Photo card capture does nothing and manual card details entry just fails.

Won’t scan card.
Wouldn’t let me enter the sms security code. After updating the app, no longer asks for sms security code and just says it can’t add my card and gives no reason. Wow. Just wow.

Mesmo muito mau
Inscrevo cartão válido português, manda um código por SMS, a app diz imediatamente que o código expirou. Tentou outra vez, manda outro SMS, a app diz logo que o novo código também já expirou. De facto não serve para nada esta app.
Transferring MBWay to new phone
I have a new phone and am attempting to transfer MBWay to the new phone. The SMS PIN never arrives, so it is impossible to proceed.
Broken
This app has been broken for years. Can’t register as confirmation doesn’t work. So bad

Can’t register
The issue seems to be that MBWay cannot send SMS outside of Europe so I can’t verify my phone with the system.
Spammy push notifications
There’s no way to disable marketing push notifications and keep transactions notifications on, and they push you marketing notifications every week. Guess I’ll have to disable them altogether
