Terrible!
Trying to connect by ANY means, is a pain. When you finely get it working, it won’t for long. I can (and will) write a better program to control this. I honestly can’t believe a company, who took the time to design/develop, build, market, sell, ship… (you get the pic) but totally fall flat on their faces with something as simple as a PTZ/IP application? I mean, COMPLETELY eludes them. Seriously, reach out… I think I could really help. OR I can most definitely find and connect you with someone who can. -Hydropower0229
Extremely difficult to set up
I have tried for two days, wasting hours, trying to set up my cameras. They are BH1818 model. I have tried manually and quick start. The music plays but that is as far as it will go.

No Version Updates?
No updates in five years and no alternative apps for my existing camera. I’m unable to monitor once I’m out of range from my Wi-Fi router. Unable to update the firmware as the website I’m directed to is NOT secure, even when I disable my VPN. Nor can I access from my desktop. iPhone and iMac user.Hiccup63
It worked for one month
I bought this back in 2017. It worked for one month and then nothing. I followed the directions I reset and nothing. I tried contacting the company and there is no phone number to speak to a person. very frustrating. I tried again inJanuary 2022 and same thing. Can’t get a hold of anyone to help me out. Frustrated again.frustrated in OC
Stopped working a few days ago
Not sure why but after using this app on my iPhones and iPad it is not providing video. Cameras do not connect. Please fix this issue. ThanksRagu6709
Trash it!
It took hours to connect the cameras to the app. A few days later the video stopped working on the app. There’s no customer service to report issues. The troubleshooting options don’t work. I have 5 cameras and none of them work. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy Bayit cameras!Will 098

Nothing worse than being away from home and getting notifications of movement and every time you open the program it closes back out ... sad pitiful ! Run from these cameras ! They may have some cool looks and video but what good is all that when you can’t even view most the time ....

I can’t even keep the app open, it keeps dropping when ever I try to get a camera going. Very fustrating. Donated it and got a Ring instead.WTH 777
Works awesome!
When I bought it and then read reviews, I was super worried that I got screwed over. The set up was initially confusing and frustrating, but I recommend using the Ethernet cable and doing the set up that way instead of using WiFi. After the set up is complete, you can switch it to run off WiFi, which is what I did. Now it works awesome. I can check in from anywhere, I can move the camera angles. I even have it mounted and that was super easy to do. I haven’t had any problems with it. It’s been up and running for a good week and a half, and I still love it. I think I got a good deal on an in-home camera, and I highly recommend it!Texas333333333
Stopped Working
This camera worked for a couple months, now it will no longer connect at all to our phones. Have tried everything. Even uninstalled the app, but nothing has worked.kdub24
