Seems to have stopped working now, and won't let me add any more dates. There's not been a recent update, so I can only assume there is a hard limit in the app for future dates (sometime in 2023!).
Simple Reliable App
I have been using this App since Aug 2019 and found it is simple, functional and dependable. The payed version has a one off fee - there is no subscription - but I found I did need to pay a separate fee to download it on each of my other devises (but that was not expensive). It syncs via iCloud across my iMac, iPhone SE 1st Gen, MacBookPro and I experienced no problems with it syncing across devices. Just make sure iCloud is turned on (on the devise and app). Updating the App was fine. Using the widget has been fine. I find the more critical reviews inconsistent with my own user experience to be honest. I do wish there was some way to integrate this with events on iCal and maybe a notifications badge or something but then the flip side is “if its not broken then don't fix it”. 😆

This app just started to ask me to pay for going forward in time. Absolutely not.

Once great, but now fails to sync
I was a big fan of this app and have been using it daily for maybe 5 years or more. However, in recent months I have had to resync it with the Mac version more and more often. It currently does not sync to iCloud at all so I’ll shortly be looking for a new Countdown app unless it recovers quickly and starts working again. I even tried contacting the developer using the in app menu a few months back. No response and no improvement disappointingly. A once great, simple but very useful app appears now to be unsupported and sad 🤕

Useless .. don’t waste your time!
This app limits the date range you can select for a countdown .. renders it useless!
Basic
Very basic app. It hasn’t been updated in 4yrs. I’d really like to see ability to add widgets to Home Screen.
Badly needs an update
Nice app, but badly needs an update. Crashes in iOS 14.2.

needs to be updated as ios 14 widget and needs dark mode support. come on guys last update was 3years ago!
