Fantastic service
I use these guys for anything personal errands I want doing and they’ve been brilliant every time. They’re so cheap I actually feel guilty. Sherpa, if you’re listening. Put in a tip option as I often feel like giving one, especially when they smash the 2hr time limit with 90mins to spare. Gives incentive for the riders too.Show lessPiwi3428
Hope the service is better than the app
App constantly crashes. Crashes on attempts to register so I had to do it online via my iPad. If I try open settings the app crashes every time too. General app quality pretty poor. All I care about right now though is whether someone accepts my delivery.Markvanda
A great help
Just used Sherpa when struggling to fit a baby’s cot in my car. Found the app and within 5 mins had signed up and organised for someone to help me get the cot home.Red Pepper Rob
Reliable service and great value

good for small hopeless for medium to large
I use Sherpa for everyday business and so far is my finding:
- good for small items.
- anything medium to large it's hopeless because the drivers will not take the jobs and you only get a phone call from Sherpa saying they cannot complete the job when the delivery deadline expires and you're stuck with clients who needs delivery.
Overall, it's realky good for small casual deliveries and not for businesses because it cannot be trusted for medium to large deliveries that requires deadlines to be met.Show lesslocosjin

Inishally sounds good But!
It all sounds great but the area you guarantee the 2 hour delivery in, is just not big enough. I wouldn't consider this service unless it included the full Sydney Metropolitan area this would have be out to Campbelltown and Penrith etc.RO8YNS

A private courier service that provides an app at the moment is not very popular in some cities in Australia but will become popular given time Most jobs come out of the city or CBD so you have to be the travel to the CBD we have to live in the CBD to take a ventage once again given time something might happen you're so have to have your own business ABN good for maybe a student who is once again living in CBD.Show lessBest alarm
