This application was working perfectly but suddenly it stopped. Can you fix it, please. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Can't cancel free subscription
There's no way to cancel the subscription through the app. I emailed the company and they didn't answer. So I got charged for a one-year subscription when the free period ended. It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to cancel it through my AppleID account. A lot of customers probably end up paying for this for years before they even realize it. Also App has false advertising. It says it supports American English but really once you start using it you see it barely supports American English at all. It's a pronunciation app and it's almost all British English so I can't use it for my students.Show lessP Teach

We plan to add more American English content over the coming months. The app functionality is very good and intuitive. The tests and sound wave graph helps you perfect the emphasis as well as pronunciation.
The app support is also very good, they solved my problem quickly and friendly.

Hello, if you save your words by rating them with the stars, then go to Tests and select the Shuffle Test which has the MyWords icon, you will get a random selection of 10 of your saved words. Hope this helps! The Say It Team
