Since the update about 4 days ago, I’ve been unable to use parking shield or night time guard. Every time I touch amber shield, it kicks me out of the app and Amber is no help! They blamed it on my iPhone and said I should delete the app, restart and download again. That does not help!!! I pay for an annual subscription for car tracking and immobilizer to protect my asset! Forced logout
I can’t even get to set my smart shield or night shield. As soon as I click on the ‘Shield’ option it automatically logs me out. Since the last app update, this app has only caused me headaches…SighOdnalr

App is logging me out
The app keeps logging me out, not sure what’s happening. I have to login each time I close the app.bggffgjhff
Crashing & force logout
For the past 4 days, the app has been automatically logging me out and everytime I log in and close the app, it logs right back out again by itself and crashes.AshHen!StrongBabe
Fantastic app
This is probably one of the best apps I have. I would not have bought a truck and company vehicles if it wasn’t for this app. 100% recommended.Jamaica gold
Absolutely terrible experience
I couldn’t believe that I had actually paid $300 to get so exasperated! The App put me in a vicious loop where I would Login and then it wouldn’t allow me to proceed unless I scanned the QR code. It would then tell me that it couldn’t proceed because that QR code was already registered. No kidding! That’s why it was a LOGIN and NOT a SIGNUP! When I went for help, the fellow in the chat said that that shouldn’t happen. Again, No Kidding. I asked him how to turn the friggin thing on as the directions indicated to MOVE the power switch but the switch was not meant to slide/move. Could only depress the button and then nothing happened (I had left it charging overnight so charging was not the problem. Way too many problems for what should be a fairly simple device. Hell, I paid $30 for Tile tracker (locates your keys from your phone OR visa versa) and it was super easy and works GREAT. So for 10X that I get a PIA device with an eternal looping App 😝Show lessSulie
