No way to access as a print subscriber

Looking for old app
I had the Afar app on my old phone and I loved it to reference great, off-the-beaten-path spots when I travel. I used it to plan trips and get input from other users. The new app doesn’t even let you search multiple issues?! I’m mad I paid for the subscription. I have to go issue by issue to research my trip 😫Show lessJodyjanda
Can’t use existing subscription
No way to log in if you have a print subscription and last app update was over a year ago. This should be removed from the App Store honestly.MusedRainfall
Avoid Version 2.1. Previously bought editions vanish!
Updated feedback re v 2.1.1
Problems persist exactly as reported in prior version. (see below) Attempted to renew subscription, and as before, app is simply incapable of displaying latest edition. I have now cancelled the subscription and requested a refund.

Up until this latest version - 2.1, the digital editions of Afar magazine rendered beautifully on the iPad via the app. With this update, all my previously purchased editions have vanished. Drop-down menu designed to restore issues simply does not work. While it indicates that all issues have been restored - this in fact is untrue. All my earlier editions purchased with a subscription have entirely disappeared and attempts to restore them are hopeless. The loss of paid for content is extremely frustrating and obviously in need of a rapid fix.Show lessJoe Calm, PhD
Horrible Update!
App update deletes all downloaded issues and then doesn’t allow you to access those issues (even though you’ve already paid for them). It’s so bad that even with a current subscription you can’t access the current issue. Totally insane situation. Can't Read on iPhone 6 Plus
Love this magazine but it is a waste to buy it for an iPhone. The ZOOM option doesn't exist so unless you want to read the articles with a microscope... it is a complete waste of your 20 bucks.Unreadable NO ZOOM OPTION

The only magazine that I bought twice and I still do not have access, despite restoring purchases, reinstalling and praying to the gods of iTunes subscriptions and IP protection. Well, I suppose I have to give up trying.Ralfi08
