Had to restart game I’m hoping developers give the resources I have on my old account was level 86

I truly love this game, however, doesn’t seem like the developer care much about it, there is not an update since.
I mean, if you don’t mind about the game anymore you should not allow payments either, it looks like became more of a piggy bank for developer and people only noticed they’re wasting their money when game crushes or stuff disappear after purchases

Too expensive
A good game to play but for one everything relies on diamonds. Secondly, this game hasn’t been updated in 4 years…changes are definitely due asap. Thirdly, expansions are too hard to achieve unless you play this game all day and it’s the only game you play and have loads of money for diamonds. Last but not least, most of the dishes take too long to cook and the machines needed to bake ingredients for new orders are already in use for other orders..including stoves. You should be able to get more than one type of stove or baking machine. The farm garden is too small to house all of the trees and minimal plots needed and required to cook the dishes. For now, play at your own risk or wallet.

Brilliant game
This game is fantastic and very addictive. I had it on Facebook years ago and have been looking for it ever since. The only thing that could be improved is the cooking time. It takes ages to cook most things which means it takes forever to achieve goals. Plus the takeaways are the only way to get recommendations and because of the cooking time it takes ages

Great game, long time player, need update
Been playing this game on and off for the last 5 or so years.
It’s a shame you can’t recover an account, and once you have a new device you have to start again. Would be great if this could be connected to Facebook for the progress to be saved.

LOVED this game for years.
I’ve downloaded this app like 4x or 5x times because I’ve loved it that much. Got really far last time and then I got a new phone. No way to login or get my progress back. I strongly recommend at least letting people sign in with their Apple to keep games. because this has been an actual problem for me I’ve originally played it when it released on the Apple store and had to make several accounts every time I get a new phone.

Good but annoying
One thing that really bothers me about this otherwise fun game, is the decorating. It’s mainly because you can’t bulk sell and have to place down the thing and then sell each one individually which is a pain when it comes to floor tiles and you’ve got like 40 of them to get rid off. Worse part is you can’t sell walls since holding down on walls just gives you the option to change the wall size. This means I have a ton do wall paper I can’t get rid of. If there was a shop section or selling menu or something, I would rate it higher but it’s such a big and annoying issue I can’t give it the good rating it deserves

UPDATE IN 4 Years???
Like really, don’t you seriously think it’s time for a new update before we all grow fungus or the food does? Some of the food items take way too long to cook which seriously needs to be cut down like nothing over 15 minutes. Everything in this game costs diamonds. I’m tired of spending money on diamonds. You have great decor and holiday decor but the diamonds are too much for everything. The game is so much fun but your greediness has to end. Plus, you need so many coins and points for just a 2 x 2 land expansion in a lot of cases. A major update is due without your greediness.

Game glitched out on me. Essential items have vanished. I can’t do the Dash. I get ‘ try again later’ message. There is no support. This game has been abandoned by developers but it’s still raking I the $. Too easy to spend gems you don’t want to spend cuz of overcrowding and one click spending. Gem usage is unreasonably high prices. They are making a fortune off of accidents. Sales ad to buy gems pop up almost every time I open the app. Thinking about quitting game play. Frustrating. I hate developers like this.
