Awful app..... the info videos appear to be plucked randomly from YouTube and many faults with the way the app works.
Don’t buy this app, you will pay for nothing.
I got screwed buying this app. There is no foaming exercise and the on the menu
There is different kinds of routines but when you choose any one of them, we always see The same routines which are customs lyrics abdominal etc...
