Phone App Performs Poorly

Nothing more to be said issues either multi areas of its phone app….

No help. No good

Easy to use basic functions but even after 6 years, ya I know I should have changed already, there is literally no support. I took a chance and paid a YouTube guy who is officially approved by Pipedrive to help, same thing. $5000 retainer, like he thinks he’s a lawyer or something, all he does is send you videos. Ridiculous app. No live help. Will be leaving soon once I decide what tech stack to go with. NOT ADVISED TO USE THIS APP

Great App, but would like Panda Doc integrations in IOS app

I love using Pipe drive as a CRM. It is such a powerful tool and does so much.
However there doesn’t seem to be a way to integrate the ability to create Docs straight from the IOS app?
This causes heaps of issues for work flow and productivity (what the app is meant to be great at)

Would be good to be able to add an expectedly target for a deal then automatically have it reduced as the customer spends

Never helpful

You keep no records, your support team is lacking even a basic IQ level and not once have I ever contacted support and actually had help the lead to a resolution and it takes so long to get “engineers” to look at a basic back end coding issue that it’s midnight on the time zone and some moron emails you to tell you that you lied about your issue and didn’t disclose everything and you have to show them and then they act like mutts for being sworn that for their incompetence

Still missing a few features

HubSpot is currently better. You need to add in notifications for email views etc.

Poor billing processes

Pipedrive bills for a higher number of seats than being used even on a month to month flexible plan and won’t remove unused seats from an account despite repeated requests. Unethical business processes and poor customer service for issues that shouldn’t exist.

Great product but a too slow

We’ve been using and seeing pipedrive evolve for nearly 5 years now. Great product and love the simplicity of the software. We do find on the app the deals do not refresh very well. They can take up to 1 minute when you open an app to refresh which is disappointing.

They just don’t care!

Pipedrive is a really great app with lot of potential but after using it for a while you quickly learn how little the management and staff care about their customers. They completely ignore any and all complaints and request by the user community. So after years of begging from the users, little to no improvement is ever done to the app. Even when it is something relatively simple to execute they still neglect it. One of the most glaring issues is the fact that the mobile app is almost useless, missing many of the core features that are required to successfully link info back to the desktop app. There is so little synergy between mobile and desktop that It almost feels as if the mobile app isn’t even made by the same company. There are many features missing from the mobile app that are on the desktop app. To make matters worse, when you talk to support, they will often tell you that they are not even planning on updating the mobile app any time soon with not even so much as a general estimate as to when they will get to it. If it all worked as intended, I wouldn’t even mind paying double for this app as, I said, it has high potential. But these guys have shown us time and time again that they just don’t care.
