For over 10 years I’ve been using this app which has been God Sent! This app made it easy and super quick to check Your case! At first too I would get notified here before actual USCIS. How I don’t know. But who ever took over this app in the last couple of months You’re a sell out. Why? The app is useless now the bombardment of commercials. Non stop gaming commercials the second You open it. I get it Yall need to make money. But to sell Your Own Soul for more money and ruin the app this way it’s sad. Yall need a change in management. I literally can not open the app without a non stop adds. Once You get past that and You accidentally or purposely refresh the screen all of a sudden bam! More adds! Hopefully this app can go to its roots! Stay blessed!

We aim to be accessible to all by keeping the app free for as many people as possible. We have built and maintained this app for over 10 years and now have over 2 million users. It costs money to build, support and maintain the platform for the app for this volume of users, including test devices and cloud services. Case tracker app

It is better than what it was, but it is still showing incorrect information as you are looking at cases. Sometimes it shows 10 sometimes it’ll show more sometimes it’ll show less it never gives the correct information on a consistent basis. . I have been trying to work on cases June and July 2022 still horrible in accurate information. Sometimes it shows two cases sometimes it shows 30 sometimes it shows five. extreme inconsistencies in what it shows same problem for the past two months, actually four months still has not been resolved, extremely unhappy with this app it’s tiring trying to get the correct information when before it used to work now it does not this app is getting worse every day. Please someone fix it please . is there another app that works with the iPhone that works? This app has so many inconsistencies in it and it’s been broken for four months with no fix in sight. There must be another app out there that works with the iPhone that works.

Hello Mikie, we are aware of an issue with search due to USCIS rate limiting connections. We recommend searching no more than 200 cases at a time for now until we find a workaround. (also, please make sure you are on v9.7.1) that fixes a connection issue.

It does help to track your immigration cases

I’m using this app for the last 3 years. It is helpfull especially if you have complicated immigration case and there are multiple filings. It’s not that all does anything particularly complex, it’s just pulls the data from the official USCIS case tracking website. But it’s easy to track all your case numbers in one spot, rather dig through your immigration documents folder to find the case number, then find the USCIS webpage and type it in. It’s also notifying you of the case updates automatically. The amount of adds in the app went up in the last two years, there is a paid version without adds, but I never felt the need to actually go beyond the free options.

If devs are reading this, I would suggest to add an option that limits the notifications only to the actual case updates, otherwise the app notifies you of visa bulletins, version updates etc quite decentetising you to these notices.
I ended up finding that my case was approved a week after the notification since I assumed it was another visa bulletin update and did not check.
