Used be awesome

This app is buggy to the point of being unusable. It’s super frustrating. Reordering panels seems impossible, photos load incredibly slowly even once they’re already on the card. Everything is laggy, whether I’m on my iPad Pro or iPhone. It used to be awesome, and I’m sure it could be again.

Be aware.

The concept is awesome- the customization options and output are wonderful, the design library, quick processing time, tracking info, and affordable cost are all positives. Everything else has me frustrated. Once you have addresses in your address book you can still change the name during your order, and it shows correctly in the preview. After ordering, it reverts back to how it is in the address book, and there’s no way to resolve this. (IE when my kids want to send something to their dad/my ex, and we want their names on it instead of mine.) There is NO support. I contacted through the app, and by email, and through instagram. No response. By far my biggest frustration. There is a ton of room for improvement in the app, it’s clunky and too many little things to list but they add up for a frustrating experience. IE, on many screens there’s no Back button so you have to close out of the app completely and start from Home Screen. Can’t rotate photos. Can’t move text. Handwriting places in different spots in preview vs draft - not clear where it prints. Can’t send a standard open on the right card, the “perfect pair” opens on the left (I get when you’re trying to upsell accordions but when your platform is subscription-based, why??), a lot of the features are way harder to navigate on a phone vs a tablet… there’s a lot more - none of them are huge deal breakers but like I said, they all add up!

Thank you for this feedback. We are working on lots of improvements that address some of the points. Specifically, we’re working on a classic folding card, moveable text and fixing the name change bug! We’re so sorry about that last one. Handwriting shouldn’t be moving between card builder and drafts. If that keeps happening, please email us and we’ll investigate. Hi@feltapp.com Also, anytime you have an issue with an order you can contact us from the email above or from the help button in the order page in Past Orders.

Need Bug Spray

This application is so full of bugs - it's impossible to use

Needs updating and debugging

Been using for years, and interface hasn’t been updated in that time. The service is great and the designs are decent. The interface is buggy and slow. Drafts get erased for no apparent reason.

Amazing response to my customer service question

I love the app and have made several special cards for friends and family, using my own photos, Felt designs, my own designs, and my own handwritten notes. I love how quickly they are sent without needing to leave the house, find postage, address the envelope, etc. They're way more special than a store bought card. I recently sent a customized card to a parent in another state who lives in a somewhat remote area. When I sent my card, I found out that the PO Box given to Felt would not be delivered by FedEx that I had paid extras for so that the card wood arrive on time. I contacted Felt customer service and explained this to them the next morning after ordering the card. They immediately went out of their way to find a different carrier to deliver the card to the PO box I had provided. I thought I would need to pay extra postage to reorder the card correctly and they exceeded my expectations by delivering the card the next day through the new carrier, with plenty of time to arrive on time for her birthday. I'm going to use this app more regularly. Excellent.

Excellent customer service

Great designs, but slow to the UK. I was really impressed with their prompt helpful response to queries and feedback. Fully recommend for use in USA.

Non-existent customer support

I had a question regarding the subscription I paid for and never got any answer.

SO UNIQUE AND FUN!

I have loved using Felt so far! It’s made a big impact in my life. As a busy mom, not able to run out and grab a card every time I want to send one, this has been THE BEST solution. My first month I was able to send a card on a whim to my grandma on the anniversary of my grandpa’s death. The personal touch with pictures of the kiddos in their Halloween costumes brought a big smile to her on a sad day. I love the subscription idea. It makes it easy to budget and ends up being a great deal. Also, incentivizes you to send cards for occasions you may normally skip.
Sometimes are some small glitches with the way the cards load while you are building it, but it’s easy to work around and overlook once you complete the card and the recipient calls with joy when they receive their high quality personalized card.
Also, great customer service!!! I had some confusion on my monthly renewal and they handled it very kindly!

Love it to and from U.S and Canada

I see complaints about how long it takes. I’ve never had a problem and have used it for a couple yrs so far. I don’t subscribe bcuz I’m not an every month sender but I do buy credits when they go on sale. Sometimes there’s a glitch then I start over but lately it’s better. I also can’t decide whether to write on the back or a separate square. Not sure which is best. Cheaper than buying cards plus stamps
