Bookmarks doesn’t work is there anyway creating in line hypertext links two pages in the document?

Thank you for reaching out. Currently, OfficeSuite for iOS does not support creating in-line hypertext links between pages within a document. Could you please clarify why the Bookmark is not working on your end? Do you get an error? To create a bookmark on OfficeSuite for iOS, follow these steps: Open the document where you want to create a bookmark > Scroll to the page or location in the document where you want to set the bookmark > From the Home menu select Insert > Swipe left to find the Bookmark option > Enter Bookmark name. To view or manage your bookmarks, select View from the Home menu > Bookmarks. Non-functional without premium subscription

This app is non-functional without paying a monthly fee. It is not a “cut down” version, it is not a “lite” version that can be upgraded with paid-for features. No, it is entirely non-functional, you cannot create, edit or save documents.. Very misleading description on this app and an absolute waste of time for everyone because if you’re going to pay for an office suite, it may as well be Microsoft’s, not some compatible clone.

Cannot Delete Files

I love this app. I use it on my iPad all the time and have been using it on my phone as well. Unfortunately I cannot delete files, if I try it tells me ‘function is not supported’. If it’s because I’m a free user that’s kind of nuts… Deleting things shouldn’t be a premium function. But if it’s not and it’s a bug somewhere could we get it fixed?

Works well when it works

I rarely use the office suite. I may open excel to work a few times per month. Every time I opened Office Suite, it had forgotten me. I would be asked to sign up again. When I tried to sign in it would say I did not have an account. So every month Apple takes my money, gives it to Microsoft, and Microsoft does not allow me to use the Office Suite I paid to use. There is no one you can call or send a message to. If I would try to set up a new account, I would get the message I already had an account. So I then use my phone number to set up an account, same thing, the next week it says I do not have an account, yet Apple is taking out the money. I assume Apple is paying Microsoft. So after using 3 different emails and my phone number, I GIVE UP, I’m not paying for nothing anymore. So, when it works, it works well, when it does not work, and that’s weekly, it’s a scam.

Takes time to get used to any new app or apps.

I am quite enjoying Office Suite. Nice to be able to save in MS Office docs without exporting. The devious apps doing things a little differently but all in all just takes a little familiarization.

Office Suite is a great option to MS Office and Apple Office apps.
Thus far the developers have kept the apps simple and straight forward to use.

I am sure these office apps will improve with time.

iCloud integration is simple and easy to use.

Mostly good. I’m annoyed about one thing.

Definitely MUCH better than MS Word. I still want the “Hightower” font, but at least this word processor has better tech support, with all the comparatively same features as Word. I’m writing my next novels with this word processor, microsoft doesn’t seem to care at all about their customers. My most irritated complaint for Mobisystems, was about a problem that seemed related to losing some changes in documents, which may have been due to the “undo” function. It’s been awhile, and I haven’t seen that again.

So now the biggest gripe I have is about how, every time I’m writing in my documents, if I close my phone’s screen for even less than half a minute, reopening this word processor brings me back to a “zoomed-out” view of my document. I find it extremely annoying if the text is extending off the screen, so I want a setting for “fit-to-screen,” as default.

BUYER BEWARE: The paid membership is fraudulent

This company waits until you could no longer dispute the charge with your bank, then they completely limit your membership. They invent a 50 page limit for the amount of pages that you can convert.

You’d only find out once you hit the limit. There’s no warnings, or no notice of a threshold. The limit only exists once you reach it.

Then they encourage you to buy more pages from them. Of course anyone would feel cheated and dispute the charge with their bank. BUT YOU CANNOT DISPUTE THE CHARGE. And this company literally tells you that it too late for a refund.

This company intentionally waited till after 3 months and apparently there’s a deadline for disputes. This is shady and I hope Apple and Google Play investigates.

When asked for proof of the when and how I used my 50 pages? They couldn’t provide it. When asked where in my account is this info displayed? They showed a screenshot of signup for a trial. I have a membership, and it’s never displayed.

This company will not last long being fraudulent and deceptive. I had an invisible threshold that I knew nothing about. And they refuse to show proof that the pages were actually used. The membership is useless.

THIS IS PURE EVIL.

It's the best mobile office app

One big advantage of this app over Microsoft's offering is that it can convert old office files (.doc, .xls) locally on your device. If confidentiality is important to you or your employer then this feature is important to you too.

It also supports more spreadsheet functions than Microsoft's mobile Excel app, making it more likely you'll be able to use your spreadsheets on the go.

The only issue I've had is that printing Word files sometimes has slightly different margins than when I print from Word on Windows, and that can be enough to ruin a carefully formatted document.

BUYER BEWARE: Keep free membership

Do not pay for the membership. This company waits until you could no longer dispute the charge with your bank and completely limit your membership. They invent a limit for the amount of pages that you can convert. This section is called page conversion. And it’s a threshold. I was notified only when I had 0 pages left. Then they encouraged me to buy more pages to convert. Why would I buy something that's been free and included in my membership all of this time? They never tell you of the limit. You're never shown a limit when you subscribe. They literally told me, we can offer you three free months. But since it's past 3 months, it's too late to refund.

UPDATE: I have contacted the developer within span of 2 weeks. This is how I know position. They also shared, “by the way, you’ve used 50 pages”. I respectfully disagree. There was no limit. They seem to be very aware of a three month timeframe being too late to request a refund. This is why they do it. I hope they get investigated. Because no where does it lists a page conversion threshold or limit.
