No notifications and offline if not in the app

Cannot receive messages if I am in other apps and keep offline, when back to reconnect unable to updates previous message. Only way to work with this app is never timeout the screen and only in the app to receive messages.

Kindly check whether the port 2195 is blocked in your Server system router firewall. If yes, please unblock the port 2195. Only then, the server will be able to fire the push notification to your iOS device. To check the port access: 1. Please open the Terminal or Command prompt 2.Type the following and press Enter "telnet gateway.push.apple.com 2195" If telnet is not able to connect with your server, it will display an error message.

No notifications

I need notifications to work why no one addressing this?

Doesn’t work

It doesn’t work on iPhone iOS at all . It shows only connected but not any users online .

Potential but one major issue

This would be a great secure messaging app but there is one major issue. There is no way for iPhone to alert you when you receive messages. So if you are not staring at you phone with the app open you will miss every message. My healthcare company will have to use a different app for messaging because of this one major issue
