Something didn’t work
Currently getting a message saying “something didn’t work while trying to add my photos into a slideshow. I always use this app for birthday slideshows and pay for the premium so I am able do so. All day today it keeps popping up with that message unsure why. I have tried multiple time & does not need to be updated. Quite frustrating now to find a new slideshow app!

Too expensive
I use this app every year to make a video for my sons class at school. I paid £4.99 for the week as I wasn’t eligible for a free trial due to me using it before. I quickly made the video in a day and then didn’t use it again. It completely slipped my mind to cancel it and another £4.99 was taken out of my account a week later (so expensive for what it is!). As soon as I saw the email (minutes later) saying I have been charged I cancelled the subscription and raised a refund request. I have forgotten to cancel many apps, it’s easily done, especially when they don’t notify you it’s about to renew. But I’ve always got a refund every single time apart from now; they are refusing to refund me with no explanation. So now I’ve paid £10 for a 3 minute video - thanks 😑

Love it! Don’t change it
Love this app! Easy to use to create some awesome videos capturing memorable moments n memories, especially how easy it is to use in times of grief n emotions to make videos of those we love
Easy-peasy
First time I’ve ever joined videos together (four in this instance), added a voice recording, and did so with no issues whatsoever! I’m on a free week’s trial and unfortunately wouldn’t use the app enough to make it worth the £4.99 per week, so will be cancelling after the trial. Shame, because it was fun!

It’s a Scam!
I was charged for a one week premium even though I didn’t opt to buy! When I downloaded the app it gave me a trial window but then I deleted it right away and cancelled the trial period. 2 days later I received an email for the payment receipt! Wth???!!!
Subscription rip off
I have used this app on and off for years. This time when I subscribed it was charging me $7.99 per week! Which I mistakes for a longer subscription time because I was just the the usual rates. When I finally realise that it was debuting my account weekly I notice that there is a $7.99 per week then a range of cheaper subscriptions (including a much cheaper subscription offer). Extremely disappointed in this sly way of subscriptions.

User friendly, but.. NOT free of charge to use!
Very user friendly app but a little bit expensive to use, not very clear prior to download & install the app that it is NOT free to use and you have to pay. Hence the 4 star otherwise I would have given it a 5-star. Also the subscription fee is too expensive as it’s £4.99 a week rather than a month.

Do not waste your money on this WEEKLY subscription
It took me over 30-40 tries to create this video. First, 3-4 hours of editing trying to figure out which pictures and/or videos weren’t able to sync up since it wouldn’t let me create a video no matter what combination of media I tried. Then I tried to add music from another app on the video, transferring the song to several apps before I had to just buy it on iTunes. I started making this video almost two weeks ago, got so frustrated I had to keep going back and forth trying and trying to figure out the source of all of these problems. So, I finally got a baseline of a video I could edit and finally got the song I wanted on the video. After that, I tried to use one of the transitions offered on the app between medias. Every. Single. Time. I used a transition, it not only wouldn’t load but also crashed the app so everything froze. Halfway through this process there was an update to “fix bugs” but alas nothing worked any better than before. After 20-30 tries of adding a transition and finally just failing I completely gave up and saved my mediocre video that ended up costing me $6.50, having this app a little over a week for something I should have been able to make for free. 0/10 recommend.
