It worked and now “rule book” isn’t loading

I get a message that the rule book content hasn’t downloaded yet but it doesn’t download when I click download. The app just does nothing
Rulebook with no rules
Current version asks to download updates but shows nothing and does not show any rules. Back to paper I guess.

This app sucks. Rule book never loads. Can’t scroll down pages. Nothing but problems and a pain to use.
Only downloads part of it. Can’t scroll past the bottom of the page.

This is my go-to
They give me a referee's rulebook every 2 years to stay up to date on rule changes. I enjoy using this instead because it's always easily accessible, won't get damaged, and allows me to study a rule or two on the go.
It also makes searching for rules a lot easier. Instead of madly flipping through pages trying to find a certain section, you can type it into the search bar and have it within seconds.
