Does not operate at all
Simply does not even operate for iPhone! Yes, I’ve checked my phone is updated 🤨
Could be a really good app.. if you knew what the channels were..
In its present state, this app is absolutely useless, unless you happen to have memorised the entire layout and inputs of the desk so know exactly which channel is what.
The labels are (sort of) there, but appear over the wrong buttons or off to the side of the screen you’re on.
Come on developers.. that should be a relatively easy fix, so why is it still there (and after a number of years looking at the other posts).
Makes the app totally unusable.

No update in 7 years??!! - An embarrassment
I am a touring musician, and a lot of theaters we tour have M32s. This app crashes upon opening, hasn't been updated in 7 (!!) years, forcing me to use 3rd party solutions. Come on, Music Group, yiu claim to make great affordable solutions for musicians, but you can't manage to make sure an app you have posted even opens on a phone newer than 7 years old? Get it together. If I could rate this zero stars, i would. Embarrassing.

I downloaded this app to work with the monitors for my Midas M32-c (rack mixer) But the name for instruments don’t appear in the colored space, where the name should be, the instruments icons do appear, but no the name ..what’s the problem? This app doesn’t work with m32c ??? Thanks For example, if I get the band members to download the app, they don’t have an idea of what it’s what … I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the names for the desire channel don’t appear, or it’s all messed up in different area PLEASE HELP .!! The app it’s useless with this problem THANKS A LOT 👍

App Will Not Open
After using the app several years, it suddenly will not open at all. When you tap the icon it flashes as if it is about to open, then quickly closes completely. I’ve tried everything recommended to resolve the issue to no avail. Can’t use it if it will not open.

IOS Update Needed
I am no longer able to use this app for our worship team at church because after the new IOS updates, this app no longer will come up for me to use. Please update with the new updates! I had to download a different type of app to use for adjusting my in-ears for worship! We have always used this app. The rest of the team who have androids can still use it but apple users with new updates cannot!

Update badly needed
7 years since the last update? Really? This app does not play nice with Apple IOS. Certain functions important to using the app simply don’t work. Technology changes-keep up with the Jones’!
