  • Buggy

    App is now buggy after update.
  • For the money, this is the best router you can buy

    I own ASUS AC 1900 router There’s no comparison software was way easier to get up and running. I gained about 110 megabytes. it has a three year factory warranty. None of the others I know has this warranty this long. for the money, I don’t think you can buy a better router right now with all the options it has.

  • Can’t find my Mesh 3.

    Updated software, then couldn’t find my mesh 3.

  • Dodgy software

    Initially pleased with my mesh system but speeds getting worse. Fixed WiFi cam on top floor of our house often connect to node on ground floor and ground floor WiFi cam connects to nodes on top floor which surely must be a bug? Signal can’t be stronger on these faraway nodes, makes no sense. Sitting upstairs for an hour yet iPhone connected to node downstairs despite having a node less than a foot away and fast roaming enabled. Toggling WiFi off then on connects it immediately to nearest node which I shouldn’t need to do manually. No firmware updates since I bought these so I’m guessing I’m stuck with these performing poorly nodes.

  • Does not detect mesh wifi node

    Nodes connected fine, can connect to the node but app doesn’t show them. Now can’t control any of the nodes. Email for support, no reply at all. 0 star.
  • My extensive A23 does not appear in the application.

    I just performed the update to be able to see my A23 extender from the application and still nothing that can be carried out a review of the connected computers or simply restart it. Now he doesn't even recognize me as a team! Only my router appears.

    Sorry for bringing you bad experiece. Please update the A23 to the latest firmware version via the web management page, and then try managing it with the app. If the problem persist, pls contact with our technical suport support@tenda.com.cn we'll handle this problem asap. best regards.

  • Doesn’t worth even trying

    The worst app made ever! This app can’t find your device, it requires creating an account using your email and then you realize your time was wasted for a useless app.
  • Plante très souvent

    Aux 2 semaines je dois débrancher et rebrancher les modules.
    Les problèmes sont différents d'une fois à l'autre, mais difficile de dialoguer avec le soutien malgré qu'ils ont essayé de m'aider. J'ai d'autres choses à faire que de surveiller mon réseau!
  • Sadly I can’t give zero stars

    I liked this app until they started requiring you to login to your online account. Now I can’t get into manage my devices because it won’t send me a password reset for an account I never had to use in the past.
