Keeps crashing
This app was really good after I updated my phone the app seems to crash a lot. Is there any plans to update this app
Great app great product
Iโm not sure I understand what all the negative reviews are about. This is the fourth camera system that I have used at my business and by far the best. Quick and install, easy to use and the app works seamlessly. I feel that most of the negative reviews are due to user error.
Horrible App
Does not work with iPhone X and new iOS. Doesnโt load cameras, 30 second lag time to switch to panoramic view, once in pano view video stops streaming. Playback is non existent. Cannot connect with IP address through my laptop and techs do not know why. They just stopped communicating and closed my ticket. Wish I had my $1000+ back

Live view works, but playback is HORRIBLE
Live view works every time. Playback...not so much. Playback may work 10% of the time. Go figure. As of Nov 20, 2018 nothing has changed. The LaView One app is better...but playback is still an issue.
Remote playback
After the latest update I can no longer connect to live view of my cameras when outside of my home network. Can access live view when on my home WiFi but no access through internet. All settings and addresses are correct even did factory restore!!! Whatโs the point if not able to see cameras when not at home!!!! Update your latest update!!!!

Absolute WORST
Had this too long. Remote playback is virtually useless. Whatโs the point without it. If something needs to be investigated, canโt get it to work. Itโs unnerving. Makes me angry!! Biggest piece of $?!/. Do. Not. Buy. Product.
LaView Apps Always Breaking Time to Time
LaView Apps Always Breaking time to time. The latest is being forced logged out by the LaView app, having now to accept their privacy policy when logging in and getting failed to transfer errors, and cannot log in.
Been here before, with open tickets, and support is 1) slow to reply via email 2) not technically in the know with their apps and systems when calling in, and 3) giving the impression they could care a less.
Tired of the apps breaking here & there. Seems like itโs once a month you have to contact support to get remote viewing to work! Not my kind of company knowing what they are doing!

Latest update lost everything
4.7.2 just updated and I now have lost all my information and cameras. Previously the app worked fine. Sometimes not connecting but usually able to after a reboot of the app. This new version needs serious help.
Terrible Update
Since the latest update, very inconsistent. Multiple times the app needs to be closed and reopened to function. Your update needs an update. Obviously, this will be ignored, similar to tech support emails.

I called for help and the technician was really helpful and help me with my problem
