App is Horrible
When my contract is up I’ll be switching companies if they don’t change their app. Since the last update it doesn’t work at all. Other companies give you the option to be notified if alarm is disarmed outside regular hours, no such option on this app. Also, asking you if you want to proceed using cellular service every time the app is used is super annoying.Show lessAbsolute garbage
Where to begin… Refuses to connect, tells me it’s unarmed when it’s armed and vice versa. If it does work, it takes a year for it to load. If you have other options, for the love of God, choose the different route. If you’re like me and you’re stuck using this nonsense, may God have mercy on your soul.Show lessCell warning needs to go
Make it so you can turn off the cell data warning in the settings. It is so frustrating, would be a solid 4 stars if you could change/fix that.Update the app

I wish they would get rid of the using cellular data message. Who doesn’t use cell data? No one cares anymore and this prompt is annoying.App Doesn’t work.
App crashes every time I try and log into our facility. I’ve called multiple times to see if they can fix the problem, and no one seems to have an answer except that it “might be” because I’m using an Apple device. I’ve tried using 4 different devices and still have the same issue. Please fix this issue ASAP.Show less
