You hire a sales force to scheme corporations to sign a contract with your organization and then when their employees can’t receive calls with your service (which are dire to their livelihood) you don’t even say “hey we know this is one of the worst things to happen to your career, our bad, big apologies. We will fix it in 5 days” it’s like you don’t even know this is happening. I’m about to go back to college and change to a new industry if I have to use this Avaya nonsense. FIX IT!!
