Waste of money!
Stopped playing audio files! Stuck in “prep” mode. Tried deleting app. Restarting the iPad... nothing seems to work. Very angry...!
Update needed with IOS 11.0.1
Stopped playing audio files on external drive. Keeps “preparing” but never loads.

Where are my photos?
My iPad Air indicates I have 569 photos and 1 video in internal storage (camera roll). Your app indicates only 16 photos and 1 video. What is the problem?
It used to be good
This did work pretty well. But with the latest update, it started to crash after only a few seconds. I hope they get this fixed soon.
Stopped working
This app has worked perfectly - until the last update! Now my MP4 movies won't play on my iPad, get it sorted please. Makes my expensive 128Gb u-drive stick a complete waste of money
Very buggy software
Why does this app not work as it is advertised? Trying to back up contacts causes the app to crash(tested on an iPhone 7 and an iPhone 5S with same results, using iOS 10.3.1) Also this app offers exporting of iTunes music, this only works rarely, and keeps complaining of protected files and unable to copy. Yet after restarting the app it allowed me to copy the same files it had previously refused to transfer? Please sort this out, I have wasted my money

Not a happy camper....
Expensive flash drive and have not been able to back up my iPad 4! It seems to be selective and does not ask me what to back up. My drop box, which is has backed up, is full. How do I get it to back up iBooks, and etc. how does one delete just one file, and how can one rename a file? In case anyone reads this, do not bother trying for support,
