Files won't play
The mkv and avi files won't play with this latest update can you please fix this as its the reason I brought your product....
Does not auto rotate... app is bad
Does not autorotate to horizontal in base user mode, and as drive is plugged into 'bottom' of iPhone or iPad you cannot have a keyboard or have it in any sort of holder... very frustrating as it s a great idea... support is only in Chinese...
Box support
Not a bad app. Would like a connection to Box as well as Dropbox and Google drive.
No horizontal orientation
At least I can't find it. Why would you design an app that doesn't let you comfortably use the Apple keyboard? The software isn't intuitive either.
Sort of works!
I have two of these, first one bought as a 16gb and card replaced with a 128gb. This one works fine. Backs up all of my iPad air2 photos, contacts etc and allows me to store movies from my PC to play on the iPad whenever I like. Second one 16gb, recently bought as a Christmas gift, worked for a short time now can't be found by the iPad or my PC. tried several different memory cards still no go. Same cards in first u-drive all work fine. Will be contacting Amazon!

Does not work on iPad
The microSD card is not recognised by the iPad app. Great idea (to bypass Apple's design blunders), poor execution.
Don't Understand How to Use
I do not understand how to use this app. Isn't there a help file that I can find some basic instructions. I'm pretty techie, but this baffles me. There are too many options on it..I was hoping for something basic..like dragging and dropping files.
Great Quality Product, App needs more polish
I received the 128GB silver uDrive and the app install went normal and it comes up on my iPad, but I don't know how to put the proper files in the proper folders when connected to a PC. Also, the auto rotation needs fixing. i bought this so the stick can be in the lightning port facing upwards so that I don't put strain on the connector, but the screen is upside down. Even rotating the iPad has the app upside down relative to the clock and wifi display.

Ok app
App is ok. Need some improvement. Video should scale to landscape automatically when video starts playing. Should also support .srt subtitle file.
