  • Great App for Small Restaurants

    I own a small fine dining restaurant in Pennsylvania, and was looking for an app for reservations. Guestplan is PERFECT! It does exactly what I need it to do, take reservations. I am in control, not some service that charges for things I don't want.

    Two things I would like to see fixed. First customers should be required to leave some form of contact information. Currently customers are asked for email or phone, but not required to give it. I needed to contact a customer about their reservation, but could not because they did not leave me any information. Second, on the app for Macbooks, the time slots are not labeled. They are clearly marked on my phone and iPad, but when I open Guestplan on my Mac, I must click on each individual reservation to see the time for it.

    Otherwise, I LOVE Guestplan. Affordable. Easy to use. Guests can book right from Google. Awesome app!

  • I would give it more stars if they weren’t trying to rip us off

    When I purchased the app a year ago I was paying $17 now I’m paying 32 each month!

    Thank you for your feedback. Last year we gave all our clients 50% discount due Covid19. We certainly do not rip off our clients. In fact, we are world’s cheapest restaurant reservation system in the App Store with features like Reserve with Google and commission free online reservations. Nevertheless we hope you enjoy Guestplan and you are always welcome to reach out to our support for help or consult to get more guests and better reservations.

    I have paid for 2 different plans and i am unable to open this on a computer but it also does not allow me to subscribe on the computer with my log in so im an happy with this app

    If you are managing your own business this is the app. I have a couple of troubles at the beginning but their support assistant was great and everything was solved right away. It jus a bit expensive the pro version but they give you a try of 90 days.

    Can you please contact our support on support@guestplan.com? You have misconfigured your settings in Guestplan. It is not possible to get online reservations when you have no availability.

    Not happy !! Love the system but after buying a 1 year subscription last June I now get a subscription running out notice ! Even tho we were closed down for about 7months of the last year ! Excellent customer service

    Thank you for your honesty. We do our very best to keep our reservation platform affordable with low flat fee pricing. Your in-app subscription is managed by iTunes automatically. Please contact our support.
