  • Took my money failed to provide a useable product

    Charged me twice, was never able to use the product. Contacted support, they keep Blaming someone else instead of fixing what every was wrong.

    It’s good app but not everyone can use as it only works with Apple
  • Needed improvements:::

    Works pretty well but wish I could share with staff who do not have iOS.

    Why isn’t this available on other platforms?

    Also, being able to print would be very helpful.
  • The Best reservation system

    Cannot fault this system. Syncing works like a dream even with poor signal there is only very minor delay between devices. (The developers should run courses to teach the hacks who create other paid apps how to achieve this)

  • Rigid

    Floor plan option is very rigid and limited. Only has 4 two tops, 2 four tops, 3 three tops and one 5 top with no option to configure to your actually tables/seating capacity.

    Hi, thank you for your feedback. We support all table sizes, shapes, positions and seats. By default the tables are random created - just to show what it would like. Go to Setup Floor Plan from the main menu and make your own floor plan. Please contact our support if you need help to setup your floor plan.
  • Good app

    This app works great for our independent restaurant. Easy to use and allows customization to fit our needs.
  • More control

    A very handy app for sure. 2 things I would like improved. I would like to be able to enable an option to make it mandatory to add the name or initials of the staff member making the reservation. The other is more simple, I would like to be able to switch off am reservations. Much like Seinfeld and the am/pm alarm episode, this has caused much unneeded chaos. 2 small things. Thanks for listening.

    Thank you for your feedback. You can enable/disable the staff name when making a reservation. Go to Settings > Preferences > Advanced Settings > Turn on/off: Employee Name is Needed. Could you send us an email to support@eTender.nl about the AM/PM issue? We would love to help you on this and we do our best to get you a 5-star app for managing your reservations.
  • Table sizes

    Need a wider range of table sizes for layout. I have an average of 8-10 people per table... Your layout doesn't accommodate more than 5...

    We have a max of 99 seats per table. Please contact us if you need help with your setup. Having 8-10 guests per table is very common in restaurants and of course this is supported in our app.

    A must app for the restaurant industry, makes it easy to control your dinning room, also being able to have the app on multiple devices is a great tool.

    Simple, intuitive but very expensive
