Don’t trust. Misleading 99 advert on google to entice to install by offering app function that doesn’t exist. Deleting immediately.
Poor data quality and fake postings
The 99.co app has some great features and is very easy to use. One fantastic feature is the built in floor plans for many of the condo’s. The search is powerful with many options however there is one major issue.
Primarily 99.co does not enforce strong data quality and allows agents to post fake advertisements as a method of trying to sign up as a tenant’s agent and/or agents don’t remove properties that they may have signed up 2 or 3 weeks prior. I queried close to 20 properties in a day only to identify two actual real properties.
If the data quality was significantly better I’d rate this app a lot higher

Great app...need more agents using
This app is superior in terms of user interface and ease of use to Properly Guru EXCEPT I find cheaper places on PG. so once this app gets more agents using it, it will be superior.

Placing an add with pictures of the building but not the actual condo is everything but helpful. 99.co started with the idea that they would improve today's agents practice of just posting pictures and lazily waiting for calls, but it looks like lazy is well... easier.
