Connection Issue Alert
I've ruled out connection issues as the potential cause, as my internet connection is consistently strong, both at home and on mobile data, where I consistently have full signal strength. My home WiFi has a 2Gbps fiber connection that has never failed on me. I do not experience similar issues with any other applications, which leads me to believe the problem may lie in the app's connectivity with RCN services.
Despite these intermittent connectivity issues, I believe the RCN office mobility app is fundamentally a good product. However, addressing these glitches would significantly improve its functionality and user satisfaction.
