Some videos import sideways update need to fix this

One simple improvement!
This app is fantastic but is missing only one feature, FOLDERS. The ability to neatly organise videos into folders would make this the perfect app. It gets a little messy when you have hundreds of files with no way to manage them.Danny 3793831

I’ve finally found an app that satisfies my needs to repeat a song over and over. This app is perfect and doesn’t require me to buy anything or anything like that. You have the option to loop songs for as long as you want. I definitely recommend this, especially since I didn’t have to create an account or pay money for the infinite loop. 10/10.Show lesshdushehdhdndi
Don’t give up on new format
The old format of the app (that you’ve just returned to) has a few issues (no slow or fast, can’t sort by name, gifs don’t work etc)
The newer format, for me, was so much better, but was just missing a couple of bits from the old format, like trimming the video before adding it.
Rather than giving up on the new one, and just returning to the old one, could you not add the missing things from the old one?
I paid for lifetime pro just a few weeks ago, so was happy enough with the old format, but we had a sneak preview of what the app could be, and then are told you’ve listened to the community and gone backwards - doesn’t make sense to me.Show lessDinofanboy
App got problem again in 4 days
This is frustrating. The first time the app audio didn't work, I couldn't reach support. The email they kept saying that message not delivered. So I had to come here so they can see my message. Only then the problem got solved.
4 days later (yesterday) same problem happened. Sound didn't play again, I emailed the support. Same thing. Message not delivered. No alternative way ro contact support. So here I am again.
Again, the main problem: The app only plays the video part but I did play sound. Hope you see this message and help fix the problem. Thanks.Show lessVincent 714
(Fixed) App won’t open
Since the new update, the app won’t open. It crashes after just a few seconds.

BLACK SCREEN. APP DOESNT WORK ANYMORE.
looper was one of the best apps i had downloaded, until the most recent update that included changing how the entire layout was. i was excited for the new update, slow-mo and fast-paced playback, as well as reverse. i uploaded a new video to the app, clicked it, and sat on a black screen for 45 seconds before realizing it wasn't a fault in the video, it was the app. i clicked on one of the very many videos i have uploaded to the app and got the same thing. please, fix this app. i'm leaving my rating at three stars until the issue is resolved.Show lessyazolly
