Use it everyday!
I love Days for tracking my upcoming special dates. I don’t use it as a calendar but as a countdown. It’s fun to find images to use for the events and I love that I can count down in months, days, hours, or even minutes. Just a perfect little app that makes me smile. I also greatly appreciate that the developer is continually adding nice little features like the ability to add Days as a widget.Show lessNanvdand

5 events in free only
Limited to 5 events in free. The app counts past events towards the 5, so you have to keep deleting old entries to make new ones to keep using the app.Aseem
Black Widgets and Large fonts
I have used this app for a few years now and I’ve always loved it. It’s nice to always have something to look forward to, but this week my widget app with my countdown suddenly turned black and I have yet to figure out what’s going on. I want to continue to use the app, but I mainly used it for the widgets I was able to add on my home screen. If I can’t do that anymore, I will have to look into getting another app with the same functionality.
Update: I saw a review stating restarting your phone helps and that worked for me! Will continue using the app for now…
Update: I’ve used this app for years and I think I’m finally deleting it. The update brought the ugliest font for free users with not even an option or two to change or choose from. There’s no reason I should have to pay to be able to have a font that won’t recover the entire widget screen. I’m very disappointed as I’ve always loved this app and having things I can look forward to as a reminder on my phone. I’ll be finding something else.Show lessKenkayy

Hey, you can revert back to the previous Widget at any time through the main menu > Preferences > Widget Design and select Legacy. We're planning to hugely expand the number of widget designs available soon!Best Countdown App!! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
I only use Days for counting down to events(and have been doing for sometime), although have tried other apps and keep coming back to Days.
The new updates design is fantastic, everything seems somewhat more user friendly and smoother. Plus the bonus of image suggestions being integrated does make the process somewhat quicker.Show lessGarrGarr
A few steps backwards
Days is still a great app but the previous version was better. Adding a choice of four fonts is a good idea but there should be more and the font previously available should be brought back. It was far cleaner than the options now available. Everything is also now centred with no option to change that. The photos are now duller in app, like a veil has been drawn over them. I like to use my personal photos and one I was using is now darker! Why? Sounds and haptics should be able to be switched on or off separately. As for improving the screen display, I disagree. Everything is now “behind” a window of options which looks clumsy and doesn’t add to the experience. I’m sure the developers worked hard to make these updates but they seem to have tried to fix something that wasn’t broken.Show lessalcilan
From beauty to the beast
This latest update has made it look rubbish - the previous nice looking font has been replaced and we’ve now got the option to change font - from a massive choice of 4 not very good looking ones. Could we at least have the previous one back as an option. Also while it’s very nice you’ve discovered how to add haptic feedback it’s not needed on every single interaction in the app!!
Also the countdown and title alignment is now centred with no option to move it.
Generally this new update is a massive regression in features, functionality and usability.Show lesscolruk
What happened?
I have been using this app paid version for over a year and I have loved it. Suddenly today they made an update and the font changed on all of my countdowns with no way to change it back and the fonts that are available are not good. Now all of the fonts are huge and cover over half of the widget. Now this app is worthless since the picture now has words covering half of it and it blocks the image with big bold font.
Why fix something that wasn’t broken? If you want to add new fonts (there are only 4 choices) why would you take away the original font and font size that was already there? I paid for the app that you already had and now that app is not the same.
I reached out to app support but support is only available through Twitter and I can’t message you because I’m not paid verified on Twitter.

I’ve stuck with this app now for some years, despite many many more in the market. My reasoning is simple: it’s minimalistic, it works and it’s a pleasure to use. The latest update confirms my choice with even more going on behind the scenes, but an even cleaner look. Thanks guys.teapotmonk
