Should allow PDF files to be uploaded
Would be much better if I could upload a PDF EOB, rather than printing it out and taking a picture of it. Seems like simple functionality.

Requires receipts for everything
This company requires a receipt for everything, even a copay when it is obviously at a clinic. I don’t know why they bother with issuing debit cards.

Needs some added features
Would be better if pdf receipts could get uploaded direct thru TurboScan or other apps than photos and camera. Has a receipt organizer, but not intuitive how it works. No faqs talk about it... overall could be a little more user friendly
Mobile app
The mobile app doesn’t always work and is very frustrating when trying to upload receipts.
Ease of use
The app is very easy to use. I love the receipt organizer. Snap photos of your medical expense receipts to keep reimbursements organized nice and neatly. Customer service phone number is also available on the app, which is very helpful. Five stars! Easily!
