  • Makes being sick even more miserable.

    As a BCBS MN member, I’ve had a horrible time using their atrocious app.

    Sign in to access the app (it offers FaceID, but never remembers), switch to the Find A Doctor tab, and you’ll have to sign in a second time.

    Using the telehealth option? Not only were you forced to sign in again just to be referred to Soctor On Demand, but after you press this, you have to force quit the app in order to get back to the regular app screen.

    Even after signing in, the “find a doctor” map of Urgent Care options is difficult to use, and gives you very little information. You are just as likely to end up going somewhere that can’t see you, or isn’t preferred.

    Do not use.
  • Won't load user information

    Can't even load the member login information to view the homepage, just keeps crashing and telling me to contact member support if the problem continues. It will use my face and/or login to actually log in then just crashes immediately before anything can load. Waste of time downloading and trying to log on.
  • BCBS quality

    Another 30 minutes trying to log in Reset pw etc - if CEO had to log in every hour, he/she would ask this to be fixed, by a new team This app fails to load, requires you to sign in every time as if it’s a bank account because maybe a few people can’t control their phone security?

    Information tends to be useless But IF it be loads, you can see claims Like anything from their marketing department, quality is not a priority. They THINK they are the only ones who know the business and this app demonstrates their talents.

    It can’t even open a pdf of YTD statements
