I want a full refund

I used to love this app and use it for hours and hours straight when I had nothing to do so I just ended up buying premium for a full year, it is TERRIBLE! I can't even use it because after buying the year premium it still won't let me recolor or anything! Premium says no ads but there's ads all the time! This is unacceptable and I hope either they fix this issue or give me my money back because I'm not gonna just delete the app and walk away after paying $30 for premium.

Simply find the "Restore Purchase" icon on Shop screen and apply. Please wait until you see the Restored message. Really good but ...

Personally, I think that this app is really imaginative and a great idea. Also I like the new update: u can make collages out of all ur pics AWESOME. However one of my close friends got it recently and it said she had to sign up to a subscription or they will get a monthly bill? I am not sure why this has happened it did not do it on mine when I got it. Please solve this problem

This is the best recolouring app

I couldn’t even recolour after the update, even though I bought the recolouring bundle.
One of the app developers emailed me & told me to press the restore purchase button, which I had already tried several times but it made no difference.
Eventually I uninstalled & reinstalled the app & it works perfectly now.
This is the best recolouring app I’ve come across on here. I’ve tried others, but they’re nothing in comparison.
I’m so glad it’s working now.

I only rate this so low, is because the watermark removal comes at a cost. Please remove this, as it makes you lose customers, and support. If most of the features were free, then you’d have a full on 5 Star rating, but because of the cost and profit issue, you’ve lost half a star, unfortunately, this was a great app, until I found out that it wasn’t completely free. I mean...why make an app that is free to download, but mostly all the features are ones you have to purchase to unlock. I’m quite dissatisfied. But, overall, was a great app for the reasons that I’m using it, and will probably decide to purchase the remove watermark feature in the end anyways! Thank you for this OK app! 👌🏻

I️ think color pop is a cool way to show how you feel and how your life story goes. Pictures are a good way to remember moments that are worth remembering! You can be fun and creative with it! 🎨 Me being one to take pictures myself, I️ love the things you can do with it! 🖤✌🏼

Bring the colors back👎🏻

I used this app for a long time but after the last update you did something wrong, I can’t color anything its just white or somethings, please fix it or bring the last version back😠😡

Concerned

Ok, so I have been using this app for who knows how long and I have loved it! I recently got IOS 11 and yes- you fixed it. But when I go to re-color something, it is a distorted color. It doesn’t give off the color wanted. I will still use it- I just wish that this wasn’t happening.
