Simply find the "Restore Purchase" icon on Shop screen and apply. Please wait until you see the Restored message. After that, download all the paid features like filters, text & stickers from shop screen. Hopefully your problem will be solved. This is the best recolouring app
One of the app developers emailed me & told me to press the restore purchase button, which I had already tried several times but it made no difference.
Eventually I uninstalled & reinstalled the app & it works perfectly now.
This is the best recolouring app I’ve come across on here. I’ve tried others, but they’re nothing in comparison.
I’m so glad it’s working now.
