Pay Wall Problems
After trying a few solutions I finally gave up and will be moving on to another application unless they want to help me fix this issue.
I thought this app was freeโฆ not.

Hi Sarah DH, Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like the app could not recognize that you have purchased it or entered the trial. Please follow the following steps before restoring purchase. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that you used for purchasing this app and the internet connection is good. Also check the Date and Time zone of the device. Then find the " Restore Purchase " icon in the app's menu and apply. Please wait for a few moments after pressing the restore button. A text will appear confirming the restoration. Try the restore purchase from the menu, not from the subscription page.
