Worked fine, forced upgrade, now doesn't
Device and app worked together great for a year--5 stars. But I refused to upgrade device firmware due to bad reviews it was getting. Yesterday the firmware upgrade became mandatory--device would give me only one option on reboot: upgrade firmware. So I did. Sure enough, app stopped recognizing that my phone was connected to device's wifi and now the app is useless. Always redirects me to Wifi settings saying "ensure you are connected to device's wifi". I *AM* CONNECTED TO THE DEVICE'S WIFI YOU TWIT!!!!

Need to work on it!
It’s good but needs password on the beginning and I do the right password but it said its wrong! Need to work on it because I can’t get in!❌
Easy To Setup
Before I downloaded the app I already changed my password and network name. Once I was able to open the app all it asked for was my password and the app already new the network. So I punched in my admin password and boom, it worked, that easy.

App doesn’t work
Down loaded this app as I got an Alcatel device from my ISP. However, once downloaded, the app requires me to immediately enter a password I have yet to program. I have tried the device password, my account number with my ISP, and others I see in the accompanying literature ... nothing. A waste of time!

I really like this app, it’s simple and it has all information you need. But it would be great to have support for the iPhone X. I know that this is not hard to make so please make it as soon as possible :)
