Every time I try to connect to it through Wi-Fi it keeps telling me to go to my settings and connect to Wi-Fi I’m connected to the Wi-Fi and I wanna allow me to check my usage or anything to that extent you need to fix the app because what good is having an app for a box if I cannot check my account it’s retarded already want to disconnect my service because if I cannot check my account activity then it’s pointless to me you need to update the app please!!!

Apps unusabe
Apps wont recognize the connected wifi even phone already connected to the wifi. It opens the link apps setting(allow link app to access)-siri search and notifications). Please fix it as i failed to use the apps since last year. Wont succeed even once.
App not functioning properly
The app will no longer allow me to login. It repeatedly asks me to connect my phone to the wifi.. but it is already connected.. Now I never know how much charge the battery has.. ANNOYING
DOES NOT WORK
I’m already connected to the WiFi, I am using the internet BUT I cannot use the app because it says “NO WIFI CONNECTED, Connect to the mobile hotspot”. I AM connected and using the internet. It’s imposible to use this app.

Update broke the app. Now it will not connect

App was very helpful to see both the status and battery strength. The app no longer works and no update has been produced. Really a shame I had to delete since it no longer worked

App is no longer working after updating my Metro by T-Mobile Alcatel LinkZone 4G LTE hotspot device to the latest software update
App No Longer Working, After Firmware Update!
Recently a necessary firmware update caused me to no longer be able to configure my hotspot settings. I hard reset the device with intentions of restoring synchronization but to no avail. App is useless at this point!
