A very unreliable app. Sometimes unable to log in even when using the SA app version whilst in South Africa.BILLING
The app is not giving access to billing ie not able to check amount owing or payments. Is there a problem?Mr.
Can DStv do anything right? From in-person visit to their help center to a call to their call center.Not worth it
I saw this app advertised on tv and sounded brilliant so I installed it. Well, I was wrong with my assumption. It is a ‘messy’ app, things all over the place, when it lists the days line up of viewing you can’t see everything at once - you have to scroll onto one item to light it up (which is so frustrating) and as far as I could see there was no where for me to search for a particular program that I wanted to watch. Nothing is laid out very well and I was consistently hit with a Standard Bank advert literally four seconds apart. Deleted this app faster then you can say DSTV.Show lessApp crashes
Useless app as it crashes on Apple devices!Unusable on iPad, appalling
What’s even the point of developing an app if you’re going to make it so terribly. I recommend everyone just request desktop site on their favourite browser insteadClaiming rewards crashes this app
This app used to work quite well. But recently, most of the rewards crashes the app before you can even claim them. Really poor performance at the moment. Hoping for an update to fix this soon.Developer Response
