I made the payment and I’m stuck at the login screen. The app is freezing and its not letting me create an account. I contacted support multiple days ago.

Shameful pricing
I’ve been using this app over 2 years and I have to say it works properly,
BUT: increasing the price as it’s been done (almost 100%) in the last 24th the is nothing else but a Robb
Thx god I found many other apps doing the same thing for half of this price while you can even keep your original cell number (boss)

Doesn’t work, customer services have stopped responding
This just doesn’t work (I’m in the UK on EE).
I was able to receive messages but anything I sent wasn’t getting there.
I contacted customer services who claimed that they’d tried it and it was working but it doesn’t work at all.
I’ve told them this and they’ve now stopped responding at all. Please don’t waste your money on this- it’s either really faulty or just an outright scam.

Can’t send any messages
This app is horrible I sent over £35 and I still can’t send any messages, tried to speak to customer support they are saying to reinstall which I’ve done many times and still nothing, waste of money.
Caution for travelers
I utilized this service as a secondary line for U.S. business travel, but encountered issues when using it in Europe. The app prompted identity verification by calling my new European number, yet the provided onoff number was consistently reported as "unavailable." Despite reaching out to onoff and my provider, both attributed the problem to the other party, leaving me with a non-functional service. It appears to be a software design flaw rather than a network operator issue.

Application trop intrusive
Cette appli est tellement intrusive, ça en est ridicule. Elle demande que votre carte SIM communique avec eux afin qu’ils aient votre numéro de téléphones. Ils demandent votre adresse complète. Puis la cerise sur le gâteau… votre numéro de passeport! Arrivé à cette étape, j’ai tout abandonné. J’ai supprimé mon abonnement sans jamais avoir été en mesure de passer un seul coup de fil.

Warning - No privacy
I am surprised this app doesn’t ask for your underwear size, it ask for all your private information including an ID, you can’t use the app without supplying all your personal info. I want my money back! You have been warned!

I enjoy the phone version since the inception of OnOff.
For the iPad version, it’s the same functionalities but the App should offer a landscape mode. It’s more natural on an iPad to use.
Otherwise, it’s a 5 star app.

Doesn’t receive texts from Bank of America
I can’t judge the efficacy of the phone number but it doesn’t work for my purposes, which is to receive bank verification text messages.
