Doesn’t seem to be iOS18 compliant
I can’t see my camera, watch videos or download them via the app on iOS 18. Seems to work fine on iOS17.
Same issues as reported on 1 Dec. Ford is selling these cameras that are clearly unsupported by the manufacturer.

Might as well use a Go Pro
Just had ford add this to my Raptor, was told it would work seamlessly but boy have I been mistaken. Why do I have to constantly reconnect the wifi when it should just automatically when I get into my car. Every time I have tried to check a video so a can make sure the camera is levelled and giving me the picture I need all it does is starting thinking when loading and I never get a picture. Have deleted the app multiple times and reloaded as that seems to be the solver of anything tech these days only to have the same problem when doing it again. Another camera company who can’t keep up with there support tech for the customer and similar to a previous camera company I purchased from. If they get there act together then it will probably be ok but now I’ll be returning to Ford to get them to take it out of my car and give my money back! I gave two stars because at least it records something but I can’t access it so waste of time
