Limited option for planning
Whilst the app offers me train times this is limited to the next 30minutes, so when I live more than 30 minutes from the station I cannot plan my trip far enough in advance. As a disabled user planning is everything!woo43
Very basic information
Only shows a few of the next journeys and no full timetable. Also pushed you to go to the paid version with weekly subscription. Poor functionality and information - avoid itIM no 2
Rip Off
It isn't enough for Greater Anglia to rip me off for using their trains but also their app. There are many other apps that offer the same features plus more but they are trying to charge people 99p a week to see train times! This information is available for free all over the place and it is disgusting that they are charging for it. The app isn't even good!!! It looks terrible, has very basic functionality and the UX is awful.

Works well. Train times are on point. Too many ads but you have an ad free Pro version which is great. I use this app almost daily for train time updates i.e any delays or cancellations.Kaan M
DO NOT UPDATE!
New update prevents you from seeing the real time stations/times along a route - an ad to upgrade pops up instead. Didn't do this on previous versions. It's becoming clear this app owner has become greedy and useless. It might be worth it for £.99, but charging way too much for what it is at £2.99.MGF8591

Too many ads make the app unusable
Only download this app if you enjoy ads - there are so many it makes the app unusable.
There is an option to pay £2.49 to remove the ads, but I don't see why I should given that (a) this is a train operator's official app and (b) virtually all the train running, planning and ticketing info is available free elsewhere without the annoying ads.
All in all - don't waste your time with this app.Show lessluminox1
Brilliant
Just needs option to buy and see ticket prices also bike,bus and taxis. Plus station facilities. Only for the abellio line not all the stations as that would take far too long.JoeTichelly
