Works best on iPad but not without issues
Using Workplace on the iPad is by far the best experience I’ve found.
Two challenges though; battery life and screen bugs.
Is it just me or does this app really consume battery life?? I’ve trimmed all the settings to conserve power but still seems hungry for power.
Second, I have an issue where the top part of the screen becomes non responsive. Specially for selecting my profile via picture on the right of the screen and the back button on the left of the screen. They work when the app first starts from a fresh open but stop thereafter. I’ve tried power cycle, reinstalling app etc but still an issue. Initially I thought it was a hardware issue but I’ve had my ipad checked out by Apple. Other apps works ok and I have the same issue on a different iPad so looks like it’s a bug in the app.Show lessN Henderson

App has crashed for the last 5 days straight. I’ve emailed app support daily and no one has got back with me. I am at the disposal of stupid workplace by Facebook. All of our work communication and incidental tracking I use for my hotel.. gone. Don’t think just because it’s an app hosted by Facebook that it’s all that it’s cracked out to be. My entire staff cannot access the app nor access the webpage through our browsers. 2 years worth of daily posting, up in smoke. 0 starsShow lesssquidinked3

Application Glitches
After 2 weeks the app started to auto log me out and when I would log back in, it would auto log me out again and became an ongoing issue. After several attempts it no longer recognized my account. Even attempted to create a new account and that was unsuccesful too! Not even admin could do anything. Pointless having an admin account person when they are limited to what they can do in the app in trying to resolve the issues.

Some constructive ideas? Perhaps?
I think it would be very beneficial to be able to schedule a post for a future time or date. Even maybe to schedule a post for each day indefinitely. Users choice. Many times my managers need to communicate important information daily but forget sometimes due to the hectic nature of the job. Food for thought. Love the app.Show lessashinkusher26
Better than sharing my personal life
This app has similar functions to Facebook (same company) but enterprise based, so your posts do not go beyond your workplace (hence the name). Great to not feel like I have to “friend” 200 people I barely know just so I can discuss work related issues.Mamaguru
