  • Works well

    I have been using the Delta Dore for the last 2 years and it works well - only improvement would be to regulate +\- 0,1C rather than +\- 0,5C

  • Frustrating

    Use it in conjunction with a ELM LeGrand boiler which is amazing but the app is incredibly frustrating. After a while, 7-8hours, it logs you out of the app, and having to log in manually is OK but in this day and age you should really have a more convenient way to do so, such as Face ID, Fingerprint or even just saving your details so you don't have to type out everything over and over again.

    Got to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used . Hardly ever works always asking for password . Should have just bought some ring gear .
  • This is not brand new . . .

    Since the last update, often on opening the App, a message appears telling me that “This is brand new” & to log in to my account or create one. There is no option to skip this screen, so I have to close the App & start again. It seems to happen a lot when I am not on my home network, but it happens there too.

    Doesn’t look like programmes for heating are working since latest update.

    I have been successfully using this app for several years. The latest update forces me to create an account. When I try and enter my Swiss mobile number it will not let me do so? There is no Switzerland country code option.
  • Useless bit of kit

    Bought with Fischer radiator Wi-Fi controller. No instructions. Eventually found on internet. Set up hopeless. Meant to find my location. Won’t do it. Won’t store password - keeps saying password wrong. Phone meant to link to the Wi-Fi network of controller but not visible to join.

    Poor. Constantly being logged out whilst using the app... pointless having the system!!!

  • Liking the colourful update

    The latest update certainly gives a refreshed interface, and the improvements to functionality are welcomed. However, not liking the loss of the thermostat temperature readings in the iPad version of the app, when they are still showing in the iPhone version. Consistency please, not removal of a very useful item.

    Just downloaded the latest version (4 days after leaving this review), and really pleased to see that the thermostat temperatures have been reinstated in the iPad version. Well done, thanks for listening. You have a very happy user.

  • Not good

    I’ve had this app for a couple of years. Although looking on the information there seem no way to remove DEMO MODE. Also it won’t allow set up on a 4th phone because the section Locator doesn’t register although it did (eventually) on the other 3. Very poor app. Would consider not buying the heating system at all if I knew the app to run it is so poor.

    Thank you for your feedback. The Demo mode is only active if you select it and has no impact on your existing installation. The location settings need only be done once, on the first installation and you can add as many devices to one TYDOM as required.
