    It can be tricky to set up but the app does what it is supposed to do. Remember your password!

    totally frustrated trying to connect this app to fisher heaters. The app needs a lot of work to make it user friendly - much of the choices are in french for room settings - if i ever get as far as that - no success as yet!!!

  • Very good

    I have 6 thermostats in 6 zones in a large house. The app was easy to setup, easy to programme the whole system. I would highly recommend this app and equipment to anyone who is thinking about home automation. I have just ordered lighting modules now to control the lighting. Will update the review if nessasarry.

    The history is still not working on the app says you are working on it for last year but it was working on old app☹️

  • Broken

    What was a reasonably good app in need of minor improvements has now been totally ruined by this update to an all new version. Logging in is a pain, devices show up in random groups, favourites has disappeared completely, the state of devices is sometimes wrong.
    My whole wide ranging and very expensive setup is now totally useless.
    How can a professional company release such a bug ridden app. Oh yes, and it updates the base so there’s no going back.

  • Excellent product.

    I have been using this to control both my lights and heating for over a year now and I can say it’s faultless. The Delta Dore products can be a little expensive but work has they should. I have no hesitation when recommending this product.

    We had the security system provided by Smart Home Security and they provided thorough training on the app. Works well.

  • Heating programming doesn't work

    This app is meant to enable you to easily adjust your heating thermostat but frankly it doesn't, not easily anyway. Yes ultimately you can log in and some how eventually you'll adjust the temperature but only after spending an eternity working through the programming set up. Along the way you'll get hit by numerous messages such as the name of the heating assignment you are trying to adjust already exists... no it doesn't. Top tip here is to exit all the way out of programming and then dive all the way back in again, usually that solves that problem. Other problems include managing to adjust a time and temperature for one day and more often than not it will apply it to all days, sometimes this is useful, sometimes it's definitely not. And a new one that I've just discovered, log in, try to delete one occurrence for one day and it let me do it. Tried to delete a similarly named occurrence for the next day and it put the old one back from the previous day! Essentially, what should be a simple one minute process to adjust your heating programming for say a holiday or change of season, invariably ends up being a 30 minute job. I find myself longing for the day where I just switch off the boiler when I leave the house and switch it back on again when I get home!
