Reviews of Flip Writer AAC

  • Worth the upgrade

I downloaded the free version of flipwriter to my iPad a few years ago because I can't always speak, but can always type. The app worked very well for conversations with classmates and professors, including in noisy environments, because they could read my screen without having to watch over my shoulder. However, the missing features (like being able to clear all the written text at once) started to bother me, so I upgraded to this version, and it's been well worth it. I definitely suggest this app for people who are literate but may not always be able to speak.
