What does illegal assist even mean????

The cards are shuffled randomly. We have no reason to let computer have better cards to 'bully' users.

What is an illegal assist
I keep getting a penalty for this but it am unaware of the rule and how to avoid. Please clarify.
Canโt mute players voice
Even after selecting mute, the players sound will be be on.. damn annoying..

App crashes 70% after any given round is over. The ads are also obtrusive.
Please fix the glitch
The game needs an update it constantly kicks you out immediately after a hand. And then it often times says the computer won without laying down all of its cards. However the game is very fun and addicting and I still canโt seem to put it down
Card announcement
Can you please create an option to mute the card announcements? I love playing this game, but always need to mute my phone to do so.
